Strategic Studies - Tunisia
SYSTRA conducted a strategic and operational study for the Agence Française de Développement (French Development Agency) on the development of intelligent systems and digital solutions in Tunisia.
The aim was to define a digital transformation and mobility strategy in consultation with the Tunisian Ministry of Transport.
SYSTRA conducted a needs analysis and surveyed existing solutions and technologies, taking into account the institutional and regulatory framework. To encourage co-creation and generate innovative ideas, our teams held creative workshops with the Tunisian digital and mobility communities.
The study resulted in a strategy for intelligent transport systems (ITS) by 2030 and two distinct scenarios for the development of digital solutions.
As a result of the work carried out, a digital transformation strategy was outlined, together with the key stages for its implementation with a view to sustainable urban mobility.
